To view your loan account information such as your payment reference number (PRN), you can log on to the MyHELPbalance website. This website allows you to check your HELP debt and repayment information online. You can also update your personal details.

To check your HELP loan amount, you can log on to the Australian Tax Office (ATO) website through myGov or by contacting the ATO. Once you're in the ATO menu, scroll down to the Loan accounts section and tap the view button. The balance is what you still owe.
